Nick Scali to launch equity raising for UK foray; Macquarie on ticket
ASX-listed Nick Scali Limited has agreed terms to acquire the United Kingdom’s Anglia Home Furnishings – which trades as Fabb Furniture – and will go cap in hands to investors on Wednesday to fund the deal.
