The hinterland estate selected as George Clooney’s luxury base while filming 2022 rom-com Ticket to Paradise alongside Julia Roberts on the Gold Coast has hit the market guiding upwards of $20 million.

Known as Rivermead Estate, the 21-hectare retreat owned by prominent developer and Gordon Corp CEO Tim Gordon and his wife Karin has joined the prestige market, located in Guanaba – about a 30-minute drive from Mermaid Beach.
