1. Follow the rules and expectations in the workplace.

2. Participate in a way that helps all.

3. Resolve day-to-day disagreements with each other.

4. Challenge and discuss business processes and customer service.

5. Understand that leaders and managers do not tolerate poor, disrespectful behaviour, regardless of rank, privilege or performance.

6. Identify and deal with the early warning signs of harmful behaviour.
