Telstra rails against Opel network decision

Phil Burgess, Telstra group managing director, public policy & communications, takes the government to task over its decision to back Opel, a consortium between Optus and Elders. Speaking with Mark Jones at the AFR Broadband Australia conference this week, Mr Burgess also outlined why tech giants Yahoo!, Google and Microsoft are competitive threats.
